Delivered for a global leader in analytical instruments for the life sciences industry, this project involved the refurbishment and full interior fit-out of approximately 23,000 sq ft of office and non-production areas in Yishun.
The completed spaces include open work areas, a pantry and lounge, meeting rooms, reception and boardroom facilities, customer experience centres and a quantum lab.
Careful coordination was required to integrate the new spaces with the existing infrastructure and adjacent laboratories while maintaining operations within the live office and laboratory environment.
