The Wilkie Edge asset enhancement initiative (AEI) completed in August 2026 covered an area of approximately 100,000 sq ft, comprising a thorough refurbishment of the Level 1 mall and a transformation of the Level 9 open rooftop into an enclosed office space.
Full-height glass brings natural light and city views into the new workplace, while the mall refurbishment refreshes the environment for tenants and visitors.
With the building remaining operational throughout, careful sequencing and close coordination were essential to minimise disruption to the mall occupants.
