Designed to support a more efficient and collaborative environment, this leading institution of higher learning’s interior renovation transformed an existing student support facility into a modern and functional one through careful spatial planning and practical detailing.
The upgraded environment was planned to enhance day-to-day operations while improving overall comfort, functionality, and sustainability.
The scope included demolition and site preparation, M&E installation, partition and ceiling works, as well as custom furniture and joinery, all carefully coordinated to minimise disruption to ongoing campus operations while meeting project timeline and budget requirements.
