When you walk into a finished office, it’s easy to forget the months of planning, coordination, and late nights that make it all possible.
Every project tells a story. At Keppel Bay Tower, our team spent 6 months bringing new life to multiple floors all set against the challenge of working in a fully operational work environment.
Spanning seven floors — L2, L5, L6, L10, L11, L12, and L18 — this fit-out was more than just installing finishes. It was about making changes smoothly, without disrupting the daily rhythm of the building’s occupants.

A Multi-Floor Transformation
From the first demolition to the final polish, our team handled a full range of works:
- New partitions and glazing systems to reshape spaces.
- A variety of ceiling finishes — plaster, grid, aluminum baffle, acoustic tiles — chosen for both style and performance.
- Floor finishes in premium carpet and vinyl for comfort and durability.
- Crafted joinery to maximise functionality.
- Wall treatments from acoustic panels and fabric to wallpaper, fluted detailing, and timber laminates.
- On top of that, we handled the design and build of all M&E systems, making sure everything behind the walls performed as well as the spaces you see.”
It was a project built on detail, with each decision carefully aligned to the client’s brand and day-to-day requirements.

Challenges That Defined the Project
1) The Carpet Challenge
The carpet was more than a finishing touch — without it, workstations couldn’t be installed, and the space couldn’t function. To avoid delays, we introduced a decision tracker for the client, ensuring approvals came early enough to keep the timeline on track.
2) Delivering without downtime
Business-as-usual office environments require more than safety measures — they require sensitivity. With people working around us, we had to ensure zero disruption during office hours. We scheduled noisy works exclusively after office hours, especially on Level 18, where Keppel’s senior management, were based. This allowed us to keep the project moving while keeping the workplace running smoothly.
3) Adapting in Real Time
As the client’s needs evolved during the project, we restructured the project phases to suit their requests, proving that careful planning and constant communication works bets together.

Looking Ahead
As each floor is completed, teams can start settling in while work continues on the next level. Every space is designed not just to look good, but to feel right — comfortable, practical, and ready to support the way people work.

Our takeaway?
Successful office fit-outs aren’t just about construction — they’re about understanding how people use spaces, spotting potential issues early, and solving them before they slow things down. At Keppel Bay Tower, that’s exactly what we delivered.
Keppel Bay Tower shows that even in a busy, live workplace, it’s possible to deliver with precision, care, and efficiency. And we’re ready to bring that same approach to future projects with partners who value the impact of well-executed spaces.
